1. Use once or twice daily after cleansing and toning 2. Apply a dime-sized amount over the entire face, avoiding direct contact with eyes and lips 3. Do not rinse and lightly pat skin to enhance absorption of remaining product into skin 4. If your skin is extremely sensitive, begin by using a small amount in the evening only, gradually increasing frequency over time
