1. Tear off sheet along the cutting line 2. Apply sheet to nose, adjusting to fit your nose shape 3. Remove after 10-15 minutes and gently roll melted blackheads with cotton swabs 4. Use an extractor to remove remaining blackheads gently, then rinse with lukewarm water
