1. After cleansing and drying your face, apply an appropriate amount to dry skin and gently massage in circular motions, avoiding the eye and lip areas 2. Gently massage with fingertips to exfoliate, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water 3. For the overnight nose patch: Remove the thick protective film, attach the patch to the center of the nose, then remove the remaining film 4. Press gently from the center outward so the patch adheres well to the skin 5. After 4-8 hours when the patch turns white, gently peel it off starting from the edges
