1. As a cleanser: Dispense an appropriate amount and lather, gently massage onto damp skin, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (suitable for daily use, AM & PM) 2. As a wash-off mask: Apply a generous layer evenly onto dry skin, leave on for 1 minute, then rinse off with lukewarm water (recommended once every 2-3 days)
