sha...@ I have been using the original Reedle Shot 100 for a while now. In terms of pain, I really do not feel much of a difference. I do think that the 100 hurts at all. At most, the 300 may tingle a little. That being said, the different types of Reedle shots all have varying levels of tingling. I don't find the cica 300 irritating to my skin, so I will continue to use it.
