Jan...@ This is so incredibly gentle and moisturizing. I put this on at night time and this is my night time skin routine- wash my face with neutrogena salicylic acid then again with a soap free cleanser (soap free cleanser can also act as a moisturizer if you don’t wash it off I got the Publix generic brand it makes my skin less irritated if I have acne or any skin irritations) then while my face is wet I dermaroll with a .25 inch all around then I tilt the bottle to get like 3 drops for my forehead, 2 drops for under and around each of my eye, 3 drops for each cheek then use my fingers to gently spread it all around including my neck. I then put on my tretinoin .1% and then aquaphor on top of that so my face is like a hydrated anti-aging sandwich. After the first night I could already see a difference in my crows feet and the darkness around them. I have been using this every night.
