inq...@ Items arrived in good condition. no damage noted. shipping took around 7days. Serum has slight tingly effect, no fragrance, easy to apply mask. After use, felt refreshed. I noticed you have to use these products atlease more than 2x onwards to really see and feel the effects. This hydrates my skin altho tried other masks that has similar effects like this hydrating one
