HAYEJIN RiceFila Oil Toner is a lightweight, bi-phase–inspired toner that combines the freshness of a toner with the nourishment of facial oils. Formulated with rice bran oil, niacinamide, and multiple plant-derived oils, it helps replenish moisture, refine skin texture, and support the skin barrier after cleansing. A multi-hyaluronic acid complex delivers layered hydration, while botanical extracts and peptides help maintain skin comfort and a healthy-looking glow. The formula absorbs smoothly without heaviness, leaving skin balanced, hydrated, and soft.


How To Use
Shake well before use to blend the oil and water layers. After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto the palms or a cotton pad and gently apply over the face and neck. Pat lightly until absorbed. Use morning and evening as the first step of your skincare routine.
