Bes...@ Been using this at night. It is rather sticky but my lips are in excellent shape the next day. I tend to get chapped lips a lot and then pick them …. But this lip treatment seals the lips over night and gives them so much moisture. No more chapped and no more picking. If I could, I would give 6 stars!
