Star4 qty Cute, but doesn't plump lips
car...@ I don't really get these "plumping" lip tints. It didn't plump my lips at all, despite having a cooling/minty feel. It does apply light and whitish, but the colors get darker and prettier. Color 774 is my favorite, but honestly I'd skip this line and just buy their Blur Glowy Lip Tint - it's longer lasting, has a much better color payoff and a wider range of shades.
