How To Use
1. Clean and dry the leg area before use.
2. Attach the EMS sheet to the desired area (thighs or calves), ensuring full contact with the skin.
3. Turn on the device and select the desired frequency mode.
4. Adjust the intensity level (1–8) to your comfort.
5. Use each mode for approximately 5 minutes — recommended total usage: 20 minutes per day.
6. After use, remove the sheet and wipe clean with a soft cloth or tissue before storing.
