Zei...@ Its a good cleanser, removes light makeup and it feels clean afterwards. And you really need just a little so the tube should last a very long time. No tight feeling. A good cleanser to try. Have no clue if the exfoliating factor with lha works or not. But no rash or bumps or even breakout. A good cleanser to try but between this and the original tub version. I enjoy the tub version more as it fun to use and I prefer that mushy consistency.

kim...@ Follow the directions and lather it up in your hands first with some water before applying it to your face!!! Like others said, a little goes a long way! I personally use about a fingertips worth of product. It definitely has a strong herbal smell, but it doesn't bother me too much. I have dry and SUPER sensitive skin and this didn't turn my face angry red like other korean sensitive skin friendly skincare products I've tried in the past have. What I really like about this cleanser is that it makes my skin feel so soft afterwards!!! And clean of course, but the softness is my favorite result of using it! Definitely give it a try! Some people have also complained about the larger opening, but actually, I think it's perfect due to the thickness of the product. If the texture of the cleanser was less thick and more fluid like, I'd understand wanting a smaller opening, but since it's so thick, i believe that it would be hard to squeeze out of a smaller opening.
