mxh...@ I tried many collagen sticks, but I can tell this one has the best taste. I always stop using the others because I couldn’t get over the smell or taste. But I have no problem with this one

car...@ Excellent collagen. If you take it every day, you'll see results quickly. I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach; it dissolves well in warm water. Vitamin C helps with collagen absorption.
