This is milky, super runny and absorbs in a jiffy. It's also super lightweight and has a natural finish. It smells like crushed leaves coming from its main ingredient, heartleaf extract to soothe and calm the skin. Sensitive skin folks, you'll surely love this one. Surprisingly, this has alcohol but this is not at all drying. Probably why it absorbs so quickly. This is a thicker liquid toner with a nice light lemon scent. I used it with a cotton pad, there was no tack after use. Seems to work well by lightly exfoliating. Didn't irritate my skin.
