I first discovered sissel when searching for vlogs in seoul. A video of hers popped up and immediately I felt connected to the content. Now, almost 4 years later, I still watch all her videos. She has changed my life for the better!! Before I discovered sissel, I was pretty unmotivated and didn’t care about things like skincare or how i spent my days. Now, I am pretty obsessed with makeup and skincare, and make sure to spend my days doing things I enjoy. Sissel is my role model, and I really love her content so much. Wow I can't even clearly remember the first video os Sissel I watched , vut I'm certain it was vefore she moved to Korea , I remember she was talking about working as a model and I loved the aesthetics of her videos and her simple youthful make up looks , I remember binge watching her videos for make up but also her vlogs back then.. I've been subscribed for so long and have been watching her videos through all the different eras of her kife and enjoying her content ❣️ I hope to be able to meet her in person one day cause I feel like we gave a similar sense of humor and style!
Like Sissel, I am a foreigner living abroad. I was looking for a mentor who would inspire me and who managed to go through the same paths as me and enjoy her life. That's when I discovered Sissel. Sissel inspires me a lot about the beauty and values of living abroad. There are some very good ideas I got from her for both my soul and my outer beauty. I never get tired of watching her. I discovered Sissel while watching vlog on Youtube and one of her videos was in suggestions. It was about Korea so I got curious. I spent an exchange semester in Seoul, and it's still very dear to my heart. Sissel videos were so cosy, perfectly portraying the Seoul I love. I discovered Sissel quite a few years ago when one of her videos popped up on my YouTube feed. I started watching all of her videos and finally subscribed to her channel back when she was living on her first shared apartment in Seoul. I loved her content from the very beginning and how nice and natural she seemed. I have been growing up along with her since, and watching her become the woman she is today and how much she’s achieved inspires me tremendously!! I discovered Sissel on YouTube a few years ago as a Scandinavian who was slowly but surely getting more into Korean culture. Always having loved beauty and fashion, Sissel quickly became a sort of older sister-figure on YouTube for me. Not only was she living in a way that I’d often dreamt of living once I grew older, but she was always so genuine and real in her videos (to this day!).
