When will my order be delivered?

Please note that during our Brand Festa, we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, which may result in slightly longer processing times than usual. Processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of your order.

Do you have a compensation policy for delayed deliveries?

We would like to share the following information regarding our delay compensation policy: - Eligibility: Orders that remain in "Preparing" status 7 business days after the order date - Compensation: 3 Points ($3) per eligible order - Issuance: Compensation points will be issued on a rolling basis starting July 15 - Validity: 3 months from the date of issuance You will receive a notification once your points have been credited. We are actively monitoring all delayed orders and working to dispatch them as quickly as possible.

How can I track my delivery?

Are promotion times based on Korean Time?

Most events end at 14:00 (KST). Please refer to the event period in the event notice.

Why isn't my cart save coupon working?

If the coupon did not apply as expected, please verify that your cart total meets the required threshold. The discount will be reflected at checkout.
