Please note that during our Brand Festa, we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, which may result in slightly longer processing times than usual. Processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of your order.

We would like to share the following information regarding our delay compensation policy:
- Eligibility: Orders that remain in "Preparing" status 7 business days after the order date
- Compensation: 3 Points ($3) per eligible order
- Issuance: Compensation points will be issued on a rolling basis starting July 15
- Validity: 3 months from the date of issuance
You will receive a notification once your points have been credited. We are actively monitoring all delayed orders and working to dispatch them as quickly as possible.
