Star4 qty Low viscosity gentle oil cleanser
ste...@ This oil cleanser is quite runny and not thick at all. It does not irritate my skin or my eyes. I don't wear make up so not sure if it can remove make up well. But it does a good job removing sunscreen and emulsifies well. There is a subtle fragrance but it does not bother me.
