ran...@ I made the mistake of trying to open the packet while I was in the shower and I struggled for a while. I eventually had to get scissors to cut the top part open. The actual shampoo smells great and left my scalp feeling clean but not dry. It's quite handy to take while travelling since it takes up so little space. But if you have weak fingers like I do maybe cut it open before going into the shower!
