This was a good toner but it was not very hydrating , I would have put on an extra layer for hydration , it can also serve as an exfoliating toner

It's worth the money, get it on special. It's kind of thick, I take it straight when wash down with water. I love these, I've been buying from Amazon but these are a better deal. I swear by ginseng taste is very organic! Tastes like the "earth" lol
