The consistency is between a water and an emulsion. I apply the toner by gently dabbing it into the skin. My skin feels hydrated right away. No feeling of dryness.
The toner is packed with:
Oat Kernel Extract
Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract

I ended up really loving this toner. The formula is thin, watery and very quickly absorbing. The Napier's formula gives it a herbal scent and the toner itself is very hydrating and also quite calming. It's a great toner to use post-treatment. It soothes my skin upon contact and is a really great follow-up to the Super Knights mask.

fallin love with the toner quicly absorb and not been sticky at all the texture light to watery so lightweight for my combination skin but still hydrating, i love used when in the morning and the scent so calming !

The texture is liquid. During the time I used this, my skin felt moisturized and supple. It also feels fresh when applied to the skin. And the hydration is felt all the way to the inner skin.

A water-based toner, with a very light texture, absorbs immediately. This toner can be used for extra hydration if the skin feels the need, it contains hyaluronic acid and plant extracts. It goes very well with my Niacinamide, Arbutin and even Azelaic serums.
