I purchased this because I knew it was healthy, and when looked up the health benefits of Kombucha I was amazed!
This is so easy to mix, just stir in a sachet to a small glass of water and to drink it tastes so so good.
The main health benefits are Probiotics, Antioxidants, Bacteria Killing and high in Vitamin B1, B6 & B12
It has also been claimed to help with Heart Disease, Cholesterol, Diabetes 2, Depression and Life Expectancy, pretty amazing claims.
I simply love the idea of a refreshing drink with health benefits, will be repurchasing for sure!
