I have fine, straight-ish hair that I can sometimes convince to wave, and I mainly try to get some shape in the face-framing pieces.
I've tried other texture-adding stuff and even other similar curl products and not been super impressed.
This product is kind of perfect for me, it helps me get my front-curls in a graceful wave, it has a nice scent, it doesn't leave any weird textures or sheens, it's like my hair dried normally--just, yk, with style.
The effect doesn't super last the next day, but I do love how great my hair looks after showering and using this.
I apply as directed--on damp hair-- and I also use my hand to scrunch up the curls and shape them with two fingers.
NOTES:
- smells nice, like a floral shampoo smell
- not super thick, kind of a lotion texture
