I have no issue with white cast, no sticky, no irritation. It works great as a primer under foundation. 100% recommendation!

I'm Chinese and light skin about 23N, but this showed up on me so that's a no.. the formulas is also very sticky and doesn't ever go away, very hard to wash off, defs need oil cleanser. good only if you're swimming. Would not recommend.
