Love taking this to work or on the go for a quick snack. It satisfies my sweet tooth and tastes great. Not too sweet and easy to eat. I use milk and pour it into the pouch and shake it up a bit before adding milk. There are small cereal pieces in it. This is perfect for a small quick breakfast

Unlike other pouch meal, this one works better with milk. The creamy consistency really taste better than water. However, it you don't like your drink too creamy water is fine.
