I drink this whenever I had a really heavy meal. It definitely helps my digestion and constipation. I always go toilet after I drink this. The instruction says add into 200ml water but I added to my big water bottle which is about 1 liter of water. It encourage me to drink more water. I like it both ways with less and more water. Will buy again
