I’ve been using it for a while now. It helps a lot with digestion. It also helps maintain my weight when I want to indulge in my eating sometimes, compared to not using it at all. For the vitamins side, I am sure, but it does change my urine color to yellow when I use it. Just think that in addition to the digesting benefit, it also gives me the necessary vitamins I may need. So why not use it.
