So I’ve been using it every day in the morning, sometimes I forget to take it in the afternoon. But so far I’ve lost 3 pounds and that was without exercising or dieting. The only thing that I’ve changed in my routine was taking this pills and I feel that they work, and also help me with my cravings.

I think this product is great and works well :) I definitely wouldn’t say the results are immediate or extreme, but I do think they help with weight management. Be sure to follow the instructions. I would only take two packs a day maximum.
