I've been using this Pomegranate jelly and BOTO Collagen sticks for about 2 months now and I'm starting to notice some visible results. The strange part is, the biggest difference has been in my hair and nails. My hair has gotten shinier, nails stronger - both are growing faster too. My eyelashes have pretty much doubled in length and fullness, my eyebrows too. Definitely worth the trouble of taking this on a daily basis. I hope my skin starts showing visible improvement soon too.
Lastly, these sticks are surprisingly palatable, you may even find them tasty. I do. They are also easy to eat on the go when you don't have time to deal with the powder sticks.

Great texture with rich pomegranate taste. Only finished 1 box so cannot verify the result yet. However each stick of this collagen jelly contains 5000mg of fish collagen, which is the greatest amount of fish collagen contained in any type of collagen product per serve. So it is very promising. Plus, green monster is a very reliable brand name.
