It lathers pretty well, I think I added a bit too much while washing my scalp. I think applying this in three sections on your scalp is enough for it to lather and scrub your scalp.

I am still finishing my first bottle but I wanted to stock up more for summer and the great discount that was going on. My scalp feels so clean after using and my scalp feels so refreshed! Definitely recommend for oily hair types but it could benefit any hair type as all skin types could use some exfoliation! Lastly, I love how NARD uses recycled packaging!
