Smudging is minimal, but not completely smudge free. Contents are less than other pencils. It's nice and easy, but their wholly deep was the most smudge proof.

Best pencil eyeliner |

I don’t really like pencil eyeliners but this one was a very pleasant surprise! It glides easily on lids and I can smudge/blend it easily. I love how thin the tip is. Once it sets, it doesn’t smudge!! Waterproof and oil proof!
