I find that when I need a no-frills toner to simply soothe and hydrate, I keep coming back to this one. Layers beautifully for 7skins and is not sticky, tacky or thick.

This toner works great for my combination/dry/acne prone skin as a base for other products. It does not irritate or burn my skin. I have an issue with most products burning my skin , so I am glad I found this. Love the Soon Jung line of products by Etude House.
