PROS:
* nice scent (it's very medicinal/herbal, just FYI)
* cooling effect on scalp
* good for those with mild scalp eczema
* moisturizing without oiliness
CONS:
* it's labeled as a hair loss tonic but I don't know how effective the product is for this specific reason as I haven't noticed any difference, but I have very thick and coarse Asian hair

Haven't seen a difference in the thickness of my hair yet, but it's fun how it cools and tingles (from the menthol ingredient) my scalp after applying.
