The price was good, it is not the best cotton pad. But when soaked. it does its job. It's not a soft cotton pad, but more of a paper towel texture.

The cotton pad works well. I use it in my toner step and it soaks a lot of it, so I don't need to pour a great amount of toner. If you put a lot, then the pad is going to be very wet.
