this is a fairly viscous yet lightweight and hydrating toner. My skin loves it and absorbs it quickly. I have found that my skin has been more plump and hydrated since using this. I love this and all Barr products.

Used this as a daily toner, has slightly viscous texture but absorbs very quickly. Can layer multiple layers if you want additional hydration.
