I have purple-brown dark circles and puffy under eyes, unfortunately, the concealer does not cover them well. (No surprise there, I've always had to color correct). The good thing about these is that I find them dries down fast, does not need to be set with powder, and does not settle into fine lines.
The #03 shade is the bottom, #02 is the top as a comparison.

I got the darkest shade (#3 Classic Sand) and it's one shade lighter than my skin tone. For reference, I use the shade Vanilla for TF Born This Way Foundation and #2 Blemish Beige for the Peripera Ink Concealer. I wish the shade range for this is more inclusive. The product itself is full coverage and has a matte finish. If you're not careful blending it out, it can look cakey.
