The Ceramide Shot Ampoule from Ample:N saved me from a bad flare-up after using an exfoliating product that was too strong for my skin. I cannot make a fair comparison because I'm trying the Centel Calming Shot Ampoule with 'healthy skin' right now. But it doesn't irritate my skin, and it's hydrating enough so I'm keeping it.
