	regular hydrating toner
asm...@	I was so entraced by the words "skin activating" and the fact that I liked their cica balm that I got this on sale. It seems like a regular hydrating lotion/toner tho - nothing too special. the clear packaging make it easy to see how much you've used, and you use so little that it'll last you while, the clear packaging does not it make it easy to read what is on the bottle however and I really struggled with it - I would propose putting on the literature on the back on a opaque background but hey that's just me.
