A lot of fragrance. This product irritates my skin. I couldn't use it long enough to tell if it helped my oil.

I purchased this gel cream as part of a gift, it works well under makeup as a primer to control oil. I'm not sure how well it would work for those with extremely oily skin, it also does not blur pores
