I own the Garnier micellar water(waterproof ver) it cleanses all my makeup off wonderfully. 

The saem cleansing water does not remove as much makeup, so I use it after I'm done using my Garnier micellar water. 

It DOES NOT remove waterproof makeup well and I wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara a lot. 

The saem includes tea tree which helped calms my skin and did not break me out. 

For the price, I would say just to try it out. It's not that bad, but it doesn't really meet my expectations.
