This nutritious essence is formulated with 63% black bee propolis extract, 10% royal jelly extract and 10% black honey extract. The consistency is beautiful, is viscous but not heavy. This is the second bottle that I have purchased. I use this under my sunscreen during the day, and under my moisturizer at night. It goes on a little sticky, but makes a very smooth finish under moisturizer.
