tro...@ Like the review title says… I love the ingredients list and what it can do for the skin. Since cica has good synergy with Vitamin C, I often use it in my morning routine to soothe and hydrate the skin. I haven’t really noticed any huge changes or improvements using it, but since I use actives that can be hard on the skin/skin barrier, I think it’s doing its job by keeping my skin safe and healthy. I guess that’s why it’s called “balanceful”? It’s stickier than I expected, though, especially since the advertising specifically mentioned the non-stickiness. Maybe I’ve been lucky with the other products I’ve used, but this one doesn’t really apply as nicely as most other serums. Also, it might just be a bad bottle, but the dropper doesn’t suck the product up very well; it gets a lot of air in it and I end up having to go back and refill it multiple times to get my face covered. I don’t dislike it by any means, and I plan to use it till it’s gone, but I probably won’t repurchase it.
