“To return back to where it was” is what reverti means in Latin and is also where the meaningful name, Rovectin, originated from.

 

Rovectin Clean Line was launched as their way to pursue sustainable consumption through eco-friendly packaging, cruelty-free and vegan formula, as per Rovectin. This line has easily removable labels and eco-friendly packaging that is easy to recycle. How great is that? I'm glad that a lot of brands are pushing for a greener lifestyle nowadays. Now let's get to the review, shall we?

 

1. Rovectin Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner


 

Size: 200mL

Product claims

An extra calming toner soothes skin with lotus flower extract and its self-purifying effect. Helps retain ideal moisture for balanced skin with 7 layers of hyaluronic acid.

- strengthen the skin barrier, prevent moisture loss, moisturizing

 



My thoughts about the product:
I've already been using this toner even before I got a new bottle so this product was the easiest to share my thoughts about.
The toner was inside a clear twist cap plastic bottle that has an easy-to-peel-off label for easier recycling.

I loved it as a daily toner and it was very easy to incorporate into my skincare routine. This is unscented, feels light, has a bit of slip to it but is not vicious, and has a runny consistency. This can be easily absorbed by my skin, layering isn't a problem as this isn't heavy and doesn't leave a tacky feeling on the face but rather leaves my face feeling moisturized and preps it for the next step of my skincare routine.

Normal-combo skin might like this but drier skin types can enjoy this too by layering the product.

2. Rovectin Clean Forever Young Biome Ampoule


Size: 50mL
Product claims
A young anti-aging ampoule with 7 layers dual biotic complex effectively vitalizes skin and enhances the natural moisture barrier from inside out with a light and refreshing finish.

My thoughts about the product:
I'm definitely hyped up with products marketed as anti-aging, lol, this was the one I was looking forward to the most from this line.
The ampoule is the cloudy white color inside a blue glass dropper bottle.

I wasn't impressed that much the first few times I've used it but I got to like it over time.
The ampoule looks a bit thick and doesn't run down fast on your face, which I like btw. It's unscented, but this gives a very faint scent of frozen yogurt at times when I apply it on my face.
This also feels slimy and sticky when I apply it but it disappears after it is completely absorbed by the skin. This takes a while to be fully absorbed, so there's a bit of a waiting time before I apply the next product.

The downside for me was this gets a bit messy, I don't know if it's just me though but the product outside the dropper keeps on getting on the mouth of the bottle whenever I put the dropper back.
But this gives my skin a healthy look and it feels moisturized which I think might be a really great product to aid my well-aging skin in the long run rather than reverse the aging process.

3. Rovectin Clean Lotus Water Cream

A light-weighted moisturizer with 75% of lotus flower water, absorbs damaging toxins of our skin for a clearer and cleaner complexion.

My thoughts about the product:
Yay for this moisturizer. Rovectin has a wide range of products but I've been eyeing this cream for quite some time now as I've read good reviews about it.

The cream inside the twist cap squeeze bottle is fragrance-free, non-greasy, and non-sticky. This has a very light consistency, a bit in between a gel and a cream. This spreads nicely on the skin and gets absorbed fast. It doesn't feel tacky and there's no greasy feeling after like my skin just soaks it up. It has a natural finish on my skin and sits well under makeup.

I love it as a morning moisturizer because I use a thicker or heavier cream at night, and I'm certain that I would love this during the summertime. My skin type is dry but this leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft, giving my skin just enough hydration to seal in my serums/ampoules during the day.
It didn't cause any irritation or break me out.

People with oily skin types who want a lightweight moisturizer will love this.

4. Rovectin Clean LHA Blemish Ampoule


Size: 15mL

A daily blemish care ampoule containing LHA, a low irritation version of AHA & BHA, strongly yet gently exfoliates the skin

My thoughts about the product:
How cute is this bottle? I can carry this around in my pocket all day. This green dropper bottle contains 15mL of product inside which was a perfect size if you're still not sure and just want to try if your skin can tolerate an LHA ampoule.

The texture was a bit syrupy and it's a bit tacky especially when it's still wet, you'll definitely feel that you have something on your face and I don't like that feeling, thankfully that feeling disappears once it dries up. It also takes quite a while to be fully absorbed.

I haven't seen much noticeable improvement yet on its exfoliating properties, I guess I need to get the bigger one or use it a little bit longer. But I haven't used any chemical exfoliants besides this and this maintained my skin, it didn't look dull and clogged like it normally would after days of skipping my chemical exfoliants.

True to its claims it really is a gentle LHA ampoule. My skin can tolerate using this day and night and I felt no stinging or irritation. My skin feels soft and moisturized after every use.

I would definitely get the bigger one. I love the daily gentle exfoliation.

5. Rovectin Skin Essentials Conditioning Cleanser



Size: 20mL
Product claims
A low irritant pH 5.5 cleanser with 8 layers of hyaluronic acid that leaves a moist finish after usage. Minimizes damage and maintains the ideal moisture balance of the skin.

Hyaluronic Acid
- humectant, hydrating

Citric Acid
- AHA/exfoliant that gently lifts off dead skin cells on the skin



My thoughts about the product:
I know this wasn't from the Clean Line but thankfully they included this on the set that was sent over. This was a great cleanser from Rovectin, I've read a lot of good reviews about it and now I understand why people love it.

I got the mini size of the cleanser, a squeeze tube which was really nice to carry around, but there's a 175mL full-sized pump bottle of this. This was really a perfect size if you just want to try out the product or you can take this with you when you travel.

It has no scent or artificial fragrance though there's a soapy smell sometimes but it was very faint and I wasn't really sure if it was the cleanser or just the scent from my handwash, lol.
It lathers real good and cleanses the skin nicely, it doesn't feel tight after and there was no irritation whatsoever. I've just been enjoying this lately.
I liked it, a no-frills cleanser that gets the job done without leaving the skin feeling stripped of its moisture.

You should definitely check this out, try it out first in this mini size to see for yourself. I'm looking forward to getting the full-sized bottle soon.
