blu...@ This'd be my 2nd bottle! Got my 1st one from trymereviewme, and I liked ut enough to repurchase. This toner is watery, but feels very hydrating! Like it deeply hydrates my skin and the hydration wouldn't just go away. Love doing multiple layers of this toner. I just wish ithas a longer PAO/shelf life. I've emptied this one now and don't know if I'll be repurchasing or not
