Suggest Use
1. After washing your face. Prep your skin with a toner. Then, apply the eye patches on desired areas using the spatula.
2. After 20~30 minutes, remove the eye patches and gently dab for better absorption.

Star3 qty Great for eye puffiness not for dark circles
fat...@ It’s nice in cooling and calming under eye puffiness but nothing for dark circles. I used to put it before makeup or when i feel tired under my eyes. Nice to buy it but not that much necessary.
