I love to do a wing liner but it is hard to achieve a perfect wing if the tip of an eyeliner is too big,thanks to this liquid liner I can perfectly do my wing. The only downside is that it takes about 20 seconds before it dries out. But it is matte and black so its nice.127c238691a2934ffad6f76924bc2862_1530867

mar...@ I've purchased more of these liners than I can count and I can confidently say this is my all time favorite. it stays on all day, it doesnt smudge on it. It's great! Not water proof though. It makes creating a wing a piece of cake! :)
