It keeps my lashes up and doesnt irritate my eyes because of the lashes holding in place. I put it before my mascara, make sure its still wet before application of my mascara and it doesnt clump much. It has tiny hairs thats can fall out but i dont mind it. Just make sure it doesnt get in your eye or it is uncomfortable.
