I start getting acne on the use of highlighters but I love dewy glossy look. This 3CE Oil mist provides that dewy finish.
This is a bi-phase mist, with 70% oil and 30% water proportion.
I use it at the last step of my makeup.

This gives a really nice glow after using. It consist of water and oil, therefore this has to be shake before use it. I love the finish. It also smells really nice
