I bought this item on sale and it was great value then. I liked the watery texture and it worked well to keep my skin moisturised for a while. Wasn't wow-ed by the product so I wouldn't repurchase.

I purchased this for my cousin, she's been using The Face Shop's Chia Seed emulsion so I decided to give her the toner. She has oily, sensitive skin and this has not irritated her skin or cause her to break out
