I use this regularly. Every other day on my t-zone mostly but will apply all over my face every now and then. It helps break down sebum and keratin build up. I use a low pH toner beforehand to help this product absorb properly. I let it sit on my face for 20 minutes before I apply anything else like vitamin C, essence or serums. I have found that if I stop using this, the pores on my nose get clogged up and appear bigger. So the key is to use this consistently. If you find yourself with dry flakes then back off and give it 2 days or so before using it again. It's a holy grail product for me that I will always have as a part of my routine.
